Welcome

Hello and welcome to our little home where we will house our homeschooling journey. The pupils here are MaryEllen who is 7, and Donnie who is 6. Here is where we will record what is going on in their studies.

When my wonderful children came along, I found it fun and natural to teach them new things as we went along our day. It is so true that kids are sponges because I remember them catching on so fast and easily. We were doing simple things like shapes and colors, but it was so rewarding when we'd be at the mall and they would point out things we had been learning.

Read more about our approach and what we are using.

I do enjoy creating things for our studies, so I will offer them here also

I am hoping to get the kids drawing up as well as a few of the stories they have told. They don't actually write them, they tell them to me as I type them up. I let them choose the clipart to decorate the page.
