We read a few books on
Benjamin Franklin. Because my kids are young, the study was
fairly simple. We read,
'Benjamin Franklin: Young Printer (Childhood of Famous Americans)'
by Augusta Stevenson
and 'The Story of Benjamin Franklin: Amazing American (Dell Yearling Biography)
' by Margaret
Davidson. The kids really enjoyed them both. The first one
was in more story form with dialogue, while the second one
was mainly telling about his life from beginning to end.
They went well with each other. Even though we were reading
about the same things, they were in different formats and it
was great review for the kids. We even got to calling him
Ben!!

Thirteen Virtues Copywork

We learned about Ben's
thirteen virtues and I made this copywork to go with it. It
includes both dotted and ruled lines in the same pdf.
This is available in the
Benjamin Franklin Notebooking Pack, but I thought I would
put it separately also.
You can grab it here.
